Hi I'm Greg

I love sports, I have a wife and 3 little girls, I come from a family of nine kids so it is not a big surprise that I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I would consider myself a typical guy. I have been married for 10 years. I have 2 little girls. I am a Senior Buyer for Volvo/Mack Trucks. I played Soccer, Basketball and Golf in High School. I am child number 7 of 9. My wife is child number 7 of 8. I grew up in Western New York. I got a BS in Business Management, and an MBA. I served a mission in Salt Lake City.

Why I am a Mormon

While I grew up in the Mormon church, I realized that I could not live on borrowed light forever. When I was 17 years old, I started asking questions about God. I prayed and asked to know if he knew who I was. A few days later, I recieved my answer. I looked into the eyes of another person, and when I looked, I was given an insight that God knows each of us better than we know ourselves. I knew that God loved me. All of my belief's hinge on that knowledge.

How I live my faith

In my job, there is a large focus on aggressive negotiation. Many times, lying and decieving are popular tactics used to achieve desired results. I have found a model in the example of Captian Moroni in Alma 54. It is possible to be a man of faith, while being strong and agressive.
