Hi I'm Mitch

I'm a family man and attorney.

About Me

I am happily married and a father of three beautiful princesses. I grew up in Arizona, and have lived in Bahia, Brazil where I served as a Mormon missionary, Mozambique, Africa (internship teaching a career workshop), Idaho, and Utah. I still speak Portuguese relatively well. I'm an Eagle Scout, and was a diver on my high school swim team and a male cheerleader in college. I love to play basketball and watch the Phoenix Suns every chance I get. Currently, we live in Utah where I work in category/contract management for Maverik (the coolest convenience store/gas station chain around). I'm also an attorney on the side. I love reading and learning, talking politics and religion, and working out.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised a member of the Mormon Church by my parents. I have come to know for myself, through study and prayer, that the Mormon Church contains the fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As I have made an effort to follow God's commandments and to love and serve others, I have developed a spiritual relationship with Jesus Christ and have received strength that helps me through every challenge life has thrown at me. Being a Mormon who tries to follow Christ fills me with hope and joy.

How I live my faith

As a member of the Mormon church, I have many opportunities to serve my family and community. I make an effort each day to live a life of integrity by studying the scriptures, praying, and trying my best to follow the example of Jesus Christ. I try to be a good husband, father, employee, neighbor, and friend. Whenever I make poor choices, I do my best to change, to improve. I seek to identify and have gratitude for the many blessings I have received and for life itself.
