Hi I'm Natalie

I'm a Mormon. I live in Idaho. I have been married 24 years and I have 3 great kids!

About Me

I am a wife and mom of a daughter and two sons. I also have a beautiful grandson who brings such happiness in my life! I love to be involved in their sports and school and all they do. They have made my life so full! I love to take pictures and scrapbook and also keep a journal. I also enjoy going to movies and keeping in touch with friends. I love to swim in the summer and go boating with my family. I love to travel with my husband. I also love to write to my son who is serving a mission right now for the LDS church!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into an LDS family and was baptized at 8. My testimony really started to grow when I was about 16 and went to LDS seminary. I had amazing teachers that taught me so much. My parents and brother and sisters had strong testimonies of Jesus Christ and were a great example to me in my life. I feel that because of the gospel in my life I have a very wonderful and close relationship with all my siblings! As a young adult I made some choices that were not so great but decided that I could not live without the spirit of the gospel in my life. I knew that I wanted my chlidren to have the gospel in their life and be raised with the same values that I was.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be the best person I can be. I always strive to be very honest with everyone I know. I try to live the values that the church teaches because I truly believe that it will make my life better and happier. I have worked a lot with the children in my church and also the Boy Scouts. I have also worked in the women's organization and love to get to visit and know other women and help them when they need it and serve other people. I love when we have service projects to help the needy or to make school kits or other needed things for children in other countries.

What do Mormons believe about family?

We believe that the family is the most important thing in our lives. We also believe that by going to the temple that we can be with our families forever in eternity. This has given me great hope in my life as my parents have passed away and I miss them so much. I have a very deep faith in this principle and know that I will see them again and be with them again. This has brought me such a great peace and comfort at such a hard time in my life! Show more Show less
