Hi I'm Kevin

I'm a musician, I'm an athlete, I'm a goofball, I'm a Mormon

About Me

Hey, whats up! My name is Kevin and I love life. Right now I am a student and I am studying Political Science. I eventually would like to study business and law as well and someday become President of the United States ;) Music is a huge thing in my life as well. I love all types of music. To name a few: Jason Mraz, Motion City Soundtrack, Yellowcard. I also enjoy sports. I play golf, basketball, football and I am a runner as well. I've pretty much tried every single sport. Above all, family is the biggest part of my life. They make me the person I am today. My friends are also a huge part of my life. I also speak polish and I love speaking it.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon cause I love my Savior. I feel that no other church or organization or whatever it may be on the earth; nothing else can help you grow closer to your Savior. There is also no place else that stresses the importance of a family and the knowledge that families can be together forever. That brings so much joy! If someone dies that we love, we can see them again! I am also a Mormon because of the good that comes from being one. The principles you learn only help me become a better person and more importantly they inspire me to reach out to and help others. Because I am a Mormon I know exactly where I came from before this life, why I am here now, and where I am going. Answers to those questions are so valuable and I am grateful for them. Having a personal relationship with my Savior and an amazing relationship with my family are things that come from my faith and that is why I am a Mormon

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing trying to do exactly what my faith preaches: Pattern my life after the teachings and example of Jesus Christ. I am not perfect, but I try and be a little bit better everyday. I have lived my faith by sharing this amazing message to my brothers and sisters in Poland for the past two years. They were the best two years of my life because I was in the service of my fellow friends. I live my faith by following the Savior and the inspired prophets and apostles on the earth today who receive revelation directly from God. I also try and reach out to the community by helping out at the nursing home weekly and by participating in any other service activities that come about. I try and love everyone that I come in contact with and look at them as the Savior would look at them.

What do Mormons believe about the Bible? Do they regard it as Holy Scripture and the word of God?

The Bible is the word of God as long as it is translated correctly. We also believe that the Book of Mormon is the word of God, given to us in these days. God has never stopped and will never stop speaking to us. He will never leave us alone to fend for ourselves Show more Show less

What do Mormons believe happens after we die?

We believe that all people with go to a place called the "Spirit World" There are two areas there. One area is called Spirit Paridise and the other one is called Spirit Prison. Prison is simply refered to as a waiting period for those who didn't have the opportunity to accept the gospel of Jesus Christ on the earth. We believe that every person will have an equal opportunity to accept Christ in one's own life. That is why we have missionaries, in order for everyone to experience the amazing blessings of the gospel while hear on earth. There are those also who live in places that for some reason or another have never heard of Christ or they just might not of had as fair of a chance as someone else. That is the amazing thing about the gospel. For those who didn't have a chance here on earth, the gospel will be taught to them after this life and they will have the opportunity to accept or reject it then.  Show more Show less
