Hi I'm Aaron K.

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a father of three beautiful boys and husband to a gorgeous wife. I am a practicing attorney and live in the frigid Midwest. I love spending time with my family and watching (and helping) my boys learn new things. I also love to play sports, particularly basketball. I love to read, fiction and non-fiction books alike. I also love watching various TV shows or movies.

Why I am a Mormon

Despite having grown up in the church, I'm a Mormon because I have personally gained a testimony of the validity and power that the gospel has. I have learned for myself, through the power of the Holy Ghost, that Jesus Christ is not only the Savior of all of mankind, but also of me, personally. Because he suffered and died for my sins I know that I can live with my Heavenly Father and Savior again. I have also gained a testimony of the prophet Joseph Smith. Knowing that our Heavenly Father has again called prophets among his children brings me a great deal of faith and encouragement. I'm a Mormon because the Book of Mormon and Bible are true and show me how to live my life.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith by being actively involved in my Branch. By attending my meetings and trying to do a better job at the different callings that I have. Perhaps the most important way that I try and live my faith is by trying to help my boys learn and develop testimonies of their own. I try and teach them to live the principles of my faith and hope that, like me, they too can come to a knowledge of the truth of the gospel.
