Hi I'm Gary Delozier

I grew up southern California. I joined the Church in February of 1974. I taught seminary & institute for 34 yrs.

About Me

I am the father of 7 children and my wife (Susie) have been married 45 years. We now have 13 grand children. I enjoy reading, riding bikes with Susie, playing my guitars, performing, writing my own songs, and of course being with family.

Why I am a Mormon

I came into contact with the Church after I was married. I began reading the Book of Mormon and felt something that I couldn't understand. As the missionaries taught me and I learned more, I realized it was something that drew me to want to believe. I didn't make any decision until the Holy Ghost bore witness to me in a powerful way. It was then that I knew I must move forward and be baptized. It has been a great blessing in my life. I worked for the Seminaries & Institutes of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for almost 34 years. I am now retired.

How I live my faith

I have had many occasions to live my faith. I have worked with the youth, homeless people, been asked to teach different age groups, I have been involved to helping plan major activities for all age groups.
