Hi I'm Cheryl

I love being a wife, a mother, a grandmother, and a nurse. I love spending time with people, and getting to know them better.

About Me

I like to read, go on walks, cook, do service projects, play games, and pretty much any social activity that is wholesome and worthwhile. I enjoyed raising my four kids, including homeschooling my youngest, and I love spending time with my grandkids. My husband is my best friend in anything I do.

Why I am a Mormon

I am so grateful for the blessings of the Spirit in my life. I am grateful for temples, and the saving ordinances that are performed there. I am grateful for the principal of eternal families, and am looking forward to the opportunity to share this gospel message with others, and help them obtain these blessings for themselves. I am grateful that we have the blessings of Christ’s church on the earth, to bless our lives today. I am also grateful for the time and effort our local leaders sacrifice to help bless our lives and build God’s kingdom on earth today. I know this church is true, that Christ is at its head, leading and guiding it. I am thankful for prophets to help lead and guide us to Christ. I know that Joseph Smith was a prophet of God, in restoring Christ’s church on the earth today, that the Book of Mormon contains the word of God, and that Thomas S. Monson is a true and living prophet today. I also bear witness of the Savior, that He lives, and loves us, and of a loving Heavenly Father who desires to bless us and have us return to Him.

How I live my faith

I love going to church, reading the scriptures, sharing personal insights, and participating in service activities. I enjoy teaching children, talking to adults, and working together with others to accomplish any worthwhile project.
