Hi I'm Eliza

I am happy. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in the Pacific Northwest but am now living in the "Valley of the Sun" while my husband attends graduate school. I have one beautiful, smiley, and mischievious little boy. Soon we will have a little girl joining our family as well! My husband and I met while in college. I graduated from nursing school and worked as an RN for about a year and a half. I love playing sports and like to run for exercise. I like to cook and am always trying to get better at it. I feel lucky to have such a wonderful life.

Why I am a Mormon

I have a testimony of the restored gospel. I believe that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the true church on the earth. It is lead and directed by Jesus Christ through living prophets. I know that when I follow the teachings of Jesus Christ and the leadership of Thomas S. Monson, the current prophet, I am happy.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving in my church. Right now I spend time with the children in my ward (or congregation). It is rewarding to talk and interact with them. I am grateful that I can share my testimony of Jesus Christ with them and to teach them about our Heavenly Father and His love for each of us. I want them to each know how valued and loved they are and to always have the reassurance that they are a child of God.

Are Mormons Christians?

YES! We belive Jesus Christ is the Son of God and He came here to earth. We believe He loves us so much that he sacrificed so we can be forgiven of our sins. We follow Jesus Christ's example and try to emulate His attributes. I know that the Savior loves me and you. We are Christian because we DO believe in Jesus Christ!! Show more Show less
