Hi I'm Nick

I grew up in Palatka, FL, I am a Professional Engineer, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to do water sports, especially swimming. I was a competitive swimmer in High School, then became a swim team coach, and took over as operator at the local pool. This led me to get into pool engineering and ultimately into Professional Engineering. I currently work with utility companies doing water and sewer work.

Why I am a Mormon

I was lucky to be raised in the church and have learned about the gospel since I was young. I had to find out for myself if the path I was following was the correct path. I am happy to say that I have had the assuring testimony given to me by our Heavenly Father. The gospel is the most important thing in my life and I wouldn’t be complete without it. I didn’t have one great experience that helped me to know the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints was the true church of God on the earth, but I have had lots of little experiences that have helped me to know it is true. These experiences are dear to my heart and they let me know that my Heavenly Father and my Savior Jesus Christ know me personally and they are aware of my needs.

How I live my faith

I live my faith each day by starting with prayer and scripture study. I openly tell others of my faith and share with them as much as possible, as I know Christ’s teachings can help everyone. I also love to serve in the church and enjoy doing what I can to help my brothers and sisters come closer to our Heavenly Father.
