Hi I'm Ryan

I am a sports fanatic, I love being outside, and I know God has called a Prophet again.

About Me

I am a sports fanatic. I love playing basketball. I love watching football. I love being outdoors, camping and going on hikes. I enjoy fishing. I am also a missionary serving in Montana.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the church. I have a great family that taught me about my savior, Jesus Christ, at an early age. They showed me by example how I should live. I always believed in the things they taught me, and I always attended church with them; but I never knew for myself that the teachings of the church were true until I did my own search. It started by my earnest study of the scriptures and prayer. As I read and prayed my relationship with my Heavenly Father grew. I felt a warm peaceful feeling come over me. This feeling penetrated clear to my soul, and sent an unmistakable assurance through me that through Joseph Smith the Gospel of Jesus Christ has been restored, the Book of Mormon is the word of God, and We are led by a modern day prophet with Jesus Christ himself at the head of the church! I have had this same feeling come over me many time since as I continue to read, pray, and listen to the council of the modern day prophet and apostles.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to follow my savior's example. I am serving a mission for Him in Montana. I am trying to share what I have come to feel is true.

How can I know Mormonism is true?

The way we can know that this is true is actually a very simple process. First we must have a desire to know, then we must act on that desire. We act on the desire by reading the Book of Mormon. After we read, we then must ask God if it is true. I know that if we do this, God will answer us and we can know it is true. I know because I have done this myself. Show more Show less
