Hi I'm Ginger

I grew in Idaho and have lived in Illinois and Georgia. I enjoy sports and the outdoors. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a dental hygienist, 27, and single. I have a wonderful family, I am the seventh of nine children. I love spending time with all of my family. I enjoy being active. I have played sports all of my life. Currently, I run, bike, and hike a lot.

Why I am a Mormon

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints gives me so much hope. In my most difficult experiences, it has given me direction and hope. I know that all that I go through, my Savior has been there, and he will help me through. His church has a prophet and apostles, who speak to us and guide us. There are men, called of God through the proper authority, that speak for him to us, today. We have living scriptures, scripture written for our time, and I have felt the Spirit of God bear witness to me that it is true. It brings me comfort, peace, and joy. I am so happy.

How I live my faith

In the church I go to, I am the president of the sisters organization. We feel united in Christ. We teach and serve eachother. Each of us have visiting teachers, who are sisters who watchover us. I watchover each of the sisters in my church. I look for others in the community that I can serve also and share the love that our Savior Jesus Christ has for them. Each one of us are children of God and He loves us.

What is the difference between attending a Mormon Church and a Mormon Temple?

We attend the church weekly. In this meeting we partake of the sacrament and renew our baptismal covenants with the Lord. All are invited to attend church with us. The temple is different in purpose and function. Special ordinances take place in the temple, including sealing families together for eternity. Show more Show less
