Hi I'm Ryan

I am a veterinary student, a farm boy, a truck driver, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up on a small family farm and have always been fascinated with how the world works. I love learning about almost anything whether it be history and economics to diesel engines and livestock. I am currently enrolled in veterinary school and hope to start a mixed animal practice of my own one day. I like to consider myself a jack-of-all-trades yet a master of none. I have been a welder, a tow truck driver, farm worker, and an office assistant, and loved them all. I guess I am just happy when I am working hard and helping other people.

Why I am a Mormon

The reasons are truly endless. However, I would say that there is no better way to live your life than by following the commandments of the savior. The gospel of Jesus Christ brings a perspective and a joy to my life that is not found anywhere else. The LDS Church has true doctrine which, when fully understood, can change your life forever. Knowing that I am following the savior on His chosen path is a blessing for which I am eternally grateful.

How I live my faith

Although I am not perfect, I try to live the gospel and be an example of the believers. I volunteer to mentor youth, help my fellow students who may be struggling, and teach a sunday school class at church. Overall, I try to act as Jesus would if he were here instead of me. easing one-another's burdens comes with being a believer in Christ.
