Hi I'm Katie Jo

I'm a mother of two, married to an artist, and an avid crafter. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a mother of two children, I have a fabulous husband. I love crafting and sharing all the things I love.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints because of the fullness of the gospel. The truth is all around us and blesses us daily. I could not make it here on earth without the guidance of The Gospel, the blessings of the Holy Ghost, and the Atonement of Jesus Christ. It is truly a perilous world we live in, and having the gospel is a true blessing to safe guard ourselves from the temptation of Satan, and to raise our children in righteousness. "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." ~Phillipians 4:!3

How I live my faith

Family time is very important to me. With my children, my siblings, cousins, everyone. Spending time helping each other live the gospel, encouraging each other, and family prayer are amazing blessings that we have and we can all live by faith with the support systems of our families, our ward members, our children. I am in a new ward now, and don't currently have a calling, but I'm loving being able to hear and soak up all the teachings and lessons each Sunday.

What is the purpose of the welfare services of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints?

Katie Jo
There are many benefits to the welfare programs in the Church. Families who may be out of work, and struggling to make ends meet, or loss of the a working parent. It is to help provide some extra essentials in hard financial times. Show more Show less
