Hi I'm Jeremy

I am a college student. I like to play guitar. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in upstate, NY. I served as a missionary for the church from 2007 to 2009 in Las Vegas, NV. I am the oldest of 3 children and have been a member my whole life. I enjoy many activities including playing guitar, listening to and writing music, playing xbox, hanging out with friends. I love to meet new people and just have a good time

Why I am a Mormon

well i was born into the church but that does not at all mean anything because i could have left at anytime. I am a Mormon because i believe that it is the Lord's church on earth today. I believe that Joseph smith was visited by our heavenly father and his son, Jesus Christ. It may sound impossible, but with God anythings possible. We are all children of God and we have the opportunity to return to our father in heaven as families and the only way to do that is to have the authority of God to allow it and i believe that that is only in the LDS church.

How I live my faith

I served as a missionary in the Nevada Las Vegas West mission for 2 years. I served in Las Vegas and Reno Nevada during that time. I was able to help out many people and help them find God or at least provide service to many people.

What is the Book of Mormon?

The Book of Mormon is a book of scripture comparable to the bible. It does not replace the bible at all. It works hand in hand to confirm that God exists, that Jesus Christ is our lord and Saviour and that we are all children of God. The Book of Mormon is a history of a people on the american continent, set to a time period reflecting some of the biblical time period. It covers this peoples history of their dealings with God. We have the book of mormon to solidify the bible's words. There are many miss-interpretations in the bible that are errors of man through translation. These are clarified in the book of mormon.
