Hi I'm Glenn

I live in Wisconsin, I work for a Toyota Dealership as a Parts Manager, and a Father of 5 wonderful kids, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy camping, 4-wheeling, fishing, enjoy spending time with my family, that includes my wife and 4 girls and my son.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in utah, I know my conversion was when I was 15 working at a Boy Scout Camp in Idaho, up until then I had been taught that the church was true and about the restoration of the gospel. But one morning as I got out of my tent the sun was shining not at a angle - but more straight down thru the trees. I had a feeling that this is what it looked like at the time Joseph Smith seen God the father and his Son at age 14. At age 19. I served a mission for 2 yrs to the minnesota mission. I enjoyed sharing the gospel and teaching people of the Love that christ has for them, along with the restored gosple plan. I know God lives, he cares for each of us, he wants us to return and live with him, his son was sent to pay for the mistakes we make along the way, if we truly seek his forgiveness and want to follow him, We can live with God and Jesus again. We live in a world that wants us to find happiness, but its not true happiness that can be had. That happiness is found by living the way Christ would want us to live, following his commandments, finding true joy for now and the eternities. not just for today. that is why I am a Mormon

How I live my faith

I have taught both the youth and younger children in our ward. I enjoy teaching and sharing with them, watching them grow and learn new things is wonderful, and seeing the youth ready to take on the world, but wanting advice and being able to share stories that they can use in thier lives. I try to live my life so people know i am a mormon, everyone at work knows and its nice to be able to share my faith with them. I dont see other people at work asking others what their faith is - i feel honored that they ask me about mine

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

Glenn
yes you can be together for ever - its like taking a walk along a trail with your best friend. you have to watch out for things that may make you fall, but if you help each other out it makes the journey so much more enjoyable. why would God create a family only for it to end at death, it wonderful to know you can have some one with you during this life and eternities. and families can all be part of it Show more Show less
