Hi I'm Lorraine

I am an ordinary person and I love being a mormon.

About Me

I love my job of being a mother, wife and grandmother. I enjoy reading, sewing, quilting, and exercising.

Why I am a Mormon

I have grown up in the gospel and have always been blessed with a testimony that my Heavenly Father loves me and knows who I am. This is a great comfort to me, as my mother passed away last year after battling cancer for three years, I know that she is happy and I will see her again. I know who I am and I know that I am important to my Heavenly Father.

How I live my faith

I enjoy teaching the youth in the church in Sunday School. It helps keep me feeling young and I have to continually study the gospel because the youth are very strong and they want to add to their testimonies. I enjoy visiting the ladies in the church each month and sharing our different lives and challenges which help us grow.

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

Lorraine
I have been through several hurricanes, and a tornado in the last few years and I am a mormon and I know that we helped our neighbors, co-workers and friends that were in need. Giving service is something we do for anyone in need. Show more Show less

Why is family so important to Mormons?

Lorraine
The family is forever. The family life here on earth is a pattern of what is to be in the next world. Families can be our greatest source of happiness. Show more Show less
