Hi I'm Jennifer

I grew up in Montana. I love sports and the outdoors. I enjoy being a wife and mother. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in small town America. From my youth I have participated in sports and been active, a trait my father instilled in me. I graduated from college with a degree in education. I've taught and traveled many different places. I was married 5 years ago and have 2 children. Currently, the home is my classroom. I love being a stay at home mom and I'm so grateful for the opportunity to do so. I participated in ultra marathons before having children and I continue to enjoy a good run today, just not as long.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up a Mormon, baptized at the age of 8. Leaving home for college gave me a chance to see if I would live my religion. During my late teen years and early 20's I was a fence rider as far as religion goes. As a result of living without the gospel for sometime, I felt off course with no real purpose. I knew I wanted to get married in the temple and have my children grow up in the gospel. I decided that I was going to keep the commandments and live gospel teachings. I knew that I would receive blessings by choosing the right. My life has direction and is richer because I chose/choose to be a Mormon. How I feel about myself and the course of my life is related to my relationship with my Heavenly Father and knowledge of eternal truths.

How I live my faith

Every Sunday I get to teach children, ages 18m-11 years old, songs of worship. Every year the children get to show their knowlege of Heavenly Father and Jesus, through music and spoken word, in a program. I enjoy being a part of helping children learn how they're loved by God. I also take meals to families in need, participate in service projects, contribute to a welfare fund, have people in our home with the missionaries. I strive as a wife, mother, friend, and community member to be an example of Jesus Christ.
