Hi I'm Trevor

I'm a happily married father of five. I work in IT for an engineering company. I love music of many types. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm married to my high school sweetheart. We have five children. I'm a "computer geek" for a mid-sized water process engineering company. I enjoy spending time with my family, music of many kinds, Apple computers and electronics, hockey, soccer, and programming of many types, but especially web development. I like chick flicks, and I'm not afraid to cry.

Why I am a Mormon

The world we live in seems to be getting darker and more challenging all the time. The only thing that really helps me feel safe and comfortable is peace. I get that feeling of peace when I pray, while reading the Scriptures, when I hear others bear pure testimony of the Gospel, and when listening to uplifting music. I know that feeling of peace comes through the Spirit from our Father in Heaven.

How I live my faith

I currently work with the Young Men as an advisor. I work primarily with 14 and 15-year-old boys. I enjoy working with them at this age because they are at a time in their lives when they are starting to really figure out who they are as individuals, as children of God, and as the men they will become.

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

Trevor
Yes, a husband and wife can be together forever! One of the most beautiful parts of the gospel of Jesus Christ is the marriage covenant. More specifically, when we are married in the Lord's temple, we are "sealed". To be sealed means we are bound as a couple both here on Earth and also in Heaven. That means our family relationships will last even after we die. Show more Show less
