Hi I'm Caleb

I'm a law student, a marathon runner, an Uncle of 12 and, well, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I come from a large family, and they are a large part of my life. I have 5 siblings and 12 nieces and nephews. I love them all so much! I was born into a wonderful family. My mother, the town piano teacher, was committed to making me the next Mozart. My father, an outdoor enthusiast, was equally as devoted to teaching me the value of hard work. The majority of my childhood was spent on bended and bruised knees weeding, or duck taped to my mother’s piano bench. I enjoy athletics, namely marathon running. Tennis, Soccer, and Golf are also other sports that I enjoy. Recently, I have begun my first year of law school, and my life has never been better!

Why I am a Mormon

I have always been a member of this church, but just as everyone must, I too have come to know for myself that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the true church established on the earth today. Learning and living the principles taught in the Holy Bible and the Book of Mormon have, over time, given me the assurance that obedience to these principles brings happiness. Although my life isn’t free from troubles and sadness, I feel the strength that comes from living these standards and the peace it provides me because of my Savior Jesus Christ. I know that true happiness comes through Him as we follow his pattern of commitment.

How I live my faith

One of the greatest experiences in my life was the two years I was able to spend along the Columbia River Gorge as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Being able to devote two years of my life to helping others receive the fullness of Jesus Christ’s gospel was among the most rewarding experiences of my life yet! I have also had many wonderful experiences in my day-to-day life to share with others about what I believe, and how I find the greatest joy in life.
