Hi I'm Jill

I am a California native and I have been a Mormon my entire life.

About Me

I am a Wife and Mom. My husband works hard to make it possible for me to stay home with our four children. Between all their activities and church responsibilities, I stay pretty busy. In our spare time we love to go to Disneyland and the beach. Pretty much anything we are doing all together is great fun.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents were both Mormon and so I begain learning about the church at a very young age. Even so, I have needed to pray and learn about different aspects of the gospel so that I could learn for myself of their truthfulness. As I have grown older and now have a family of my own, I can appreciate all that the gospel gives to me as a wife, mother and a woman. I know I can recieve amazing blessings when I follow the teachings and principles of the gospel. I know the Book of Mormon is the word of God and I am happy when I read it. I know Jesus Christ is my Savior and died for me so that I can someday return to live with my Heavenly Father. I have had personal assurance of the love my Savior has for me as an individual and I KNOW he is aware of my life and the things I need.

How I live my faith

I was just released from Young Women's Girls Camp Leader, which was so much fun. The Young Women are so wonderful! My current calling is 2nd counselor in the Relief Society. It is great to get a chance to meet with and get to know the women in our ward better.

Why is family so important to Mormons?

Jill
We know that families are an eternal unit, therefore families are crutial to our eternal life. We know we can be sealed together as husband and wife for time and for all eternity in our temples. We have special given responsiblities to take care of our children and families. Mothers, to nurture and care and Fathers to protect and provide. We continually work on our family relationships so that we can return someday to live toghther forever as a family unit. Show more Show less
