Hi I'm Brian Condie

I grew up in Colorado and have lived in Colorado for 25 years. My wife and I have five kids and we are Mormons.

About Me

I have grown up in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I served a two year mission for the Church in Arcadia, California. My wife and I were sealed to each other in 1996 in the Denver, Colorado Temple. We are completing our fifteenth year of marriage and have five wonderful boys. My profession is Instructional Technology. I develop learning curriculum for corporations and their learning and development departments. I love to be with my family. My boys and I are constantly doing things together, whether its riding bikes, playing catch, or just watching a movie. I love my family with all my heat and I thank God everyday for my wife and kids!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Mormon church because it is the only true church on the earth. The Church has been organized by the Lord, Jesus Christ with living Prophets and Apostles. The authority to act in God's name which is called the Priesthood, has been restored to the earth through a called Prophet Joseph Smith. I have read and studied the Book of Mormon and have followed through with the prophet Moroni's challenge and promise. His challenge to me and to everyone who is searching for the truth is to read the Book of Mormon and to pray and ask God if it is true. The promise is that God will manifest the truth of the Book of Mormon by the power of the Holy Ghost. It has been testified to me by the power of the Holy Ghost that the Book of Mormon is the word of God. It is an inspired work written for these latter-days. It is a compliation of records written by prophets of God. I also testify that there are living Prophets and Apostles of God on the earth today. The Phophet today receives revelation directly from God to lead and guide his children here on the earth. This has been revealed to me by the power of the Holy Ghost. I testify it is true. I love the peace and happiness that is found by living the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I know that by living and keeping the commandments of our loving Heavenly Father, that he bleeses his children. He loves us and he knows each of his children.

How I live my faith

I live my faith each day by being honest in dealings with my fellow man. I try my best to keep the commandments of my Heavenly Father and to live by the counsel given to me by the living Prophet and Apostles. Currently, my calling is seminary teacher. I have been a seminary for two years, and I love it. I get to meet and teach some pretty incredible kids who strive to live the gospel. This is a huge learning experience for me and the kids. The kids I teach are great examples of folks that truly live in the world but not of the world. My wife and I strive to teach our children gospel principles that will lead and guide them to live good lives and find happiness in all that they choose to do that is right. It is my testimony that as I strive to keep the commandments, magnify my calling, attend the Temple, and teach my family proven principles, that my Heavenly Father blesses me and my family. I have seen his blessings over and over in my life and in the life of my family. Heavenly Father loves his children, and he blesses those that choose to keep his commandments.
