Hi I'm David Judd

I grew up in Michigan. I married my high school sweetheart. I work with data systems and assessments. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I like to take walks with my wife, go to my children's activities and read. I enjoy the simple things in life and the time to spend with family and friends. My wife and I have four children and we have been very blessed in our children's choices.

Why I am a Mormon

I joined the Church when I was 18 because I felt something true and good when I read the Book of Mormon. The doctrines that the missionaries taught me rang true and made sense in my head and in my heart. Everything the missionaries taught me fit together and those doctrines have helped me to become a better person each day of my life since. I look on that decision more than 25 years ago as one of the best decisions in my life. Raising my family in the Church has given me so much joy, strength and guidance. Every single day I give thanks for my membership in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I find the doctrines of this Church, when studied and applied in my life, have always brought me greater peace and a real purpose in my life. I have found out why I am here and that a loving Heavenly Father can make more of me through the atonement of His Son and my Savior, Jesus Christ, than I can make of myself. The Atonement of Christ empowers me to become better through His grace. I am grateful for the fulness of the gospel restored in these latter days. Sharing this joy I have found with others is a priviledge that I hope to be able to continue throughout my life. I testify that God lives and loves all of us as His children. He wants to bless us with all that He has. He wants us to return to him and live together as an eternal family. There is a way back through our Savior Jesus Christ. Our Savior lives and leads His Church once again. I testify that these things are true. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

How I live my faith

I tremendously enjoy my calling to travel in our Stake to visit our wards and branches and meet our members and learn from their experiences, trials and triumphs. I served as a local school board member for 15 years in the small town that I grew up in. We moved back here to raise our family after we had lived in other states for college and my first job. My extended family lives very close and our children have had the opportunity to be influenced by their grandparents and aunts and uncles and cousins as they grew. I feel more blessed than I deserve.
