Hi I'm Eric Sande

I'm an athlete, I'm a missionary, I'm a son and brother, I'm a convert, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a missionary in the Minnesota Minneapolis Mission. MMM!!!!! This mission is a mission of miracles and I am a part of that legacy. I am a convert to the chruch and I was baptized on December 11, 2009. I am the only member in my family for now and I am excited to be a missionary. It's amazing to go out and serve the Lord every day. It keeps me going and I love my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I chose to be a member because of the mistakes that I have made. At the time it seemed like nothing could possibly bring me out of the hole that I had dug myself into. My friends lifted me up and helped me become a better man and nothing that I can say or do will ever repay them for what they have done for me. My testimony is so special for me because it reminds me of how much i have grown and changed for the better. From the moment I was baptized on December 11, 2009 I knew that I am on the right path and nothing that anyone can say or do will make me change that. I love my life and I will never forsake our Heavenly Father.

How I live my faith

We all must be dynamic Latter Day Saints, that means we must always be putting ourselves in situations that make us uncomfortable, constantly changing and always learning. Constantly feeling fear, but always pushing past that fear. We are never alone and there is always going to be someone there to help you, put your pride aside and ask for it. That is the path to true happiness, and that is how i live my faith.

What is being a Mormon like?

Eric Sande
Being a convert to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, I know what both lives are like. Being a member of the LDS church is so special, you always know that you are never alone. You can always ask for help by simply praying. You are constantly surrounded by imperfect people trying to better themselves. Outside of the church you may think you are happy, but knowing that there is a plan for all of us, knowing that we can achieve anything is true happiness. Show more Show less
