Hi I'm Kathryn

I'm a nurse, a photographer, a student, a wife, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Colorado, but grew up in England, Connecticut, and Utah. I am a registered nurse, but have recently applied to PA school. I own a photography business and LOVE photographing newborns. I am a newlywed of just a year and a half. I have two dogs, one cat, thirteen chickens, and a tortoise. I love purses and sleeping in late, and I make a mean batch of cinnamon rolls.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in The Church and I consider myself very fortunate because of that. The Prophet has asked us to learn for ourselves, so we are not following blindly, and the answers to my questions have always reassured me that this is His church. I love knowing where I came from, why I'm here, and where I'm going. I know that my life is in God's hands, and as long as I trust him, and follow him, everything will turn out alright.

How I live my faith

I teach eight little five and six-year-olds every Sunday. My husband and I have been teaching this class for almost a year and these little kiddos never cease to amaze us. They're so small, and so innocent, and it's such a blessing to be a part of their lives, teaching them the very basics of The Gospel. I also live my faith every other day of the week with daily prayers, paying tithing, dressing modestly, avoiding bad language, and following the teachings of Jesus Christ.
