Hi I'm Joel

I'm a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints

About Me

My name is Joel , my background includes eastern European blood, and Polynesian. I was born in Worcester, Massachusetts. I enjoy reading, studying philosophy and psychology, traveling, and hosting dinner parties. My favorite color is white, and I like to be close to my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I enjoy having the blessings of being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. These blessings include deep spiritual needs as well as temporal needs. I love this church and everything it does, I enjoy having the fullness of the gospel in my life, because I'm able to give meaning and purpose to life.

How I live my faith

I serve a full-time service mission for the church by volunteering at The Bishops storehouse. The Bishop's Storehouse is a warehouse where an extensive supply of food (fresh, and dry/canned) as well as household products are stored and distributed to needy communities, and members of The Church. I enjoy volunteering because I'm able to touch the lives of many, and bear my testimony with others, and also have my testimony strengthened by other patrons of the church.

Why do Mormons believe in the Bible?

The Holy Bible is a sacred record of God's dealing with his children, it is a blessing to have this scripture in our life. The prophesies recorded in this book are the word of God, and bring significant peace, comfort, and understanding to life. Show more Show less
