Hi I'm Kim Killpack a coach.

I am youth soccer coach and I am mormon.

He is 27, married and working on a master's in accounting, business. Emily is divorced and is 25, working full time. She has handled it really well though. Jon is 23, and served on a mission in Mexico, Juarez. He had a wonderful but dangerous time there. Jenelle is 22 is just married and going to school and working. I have coached youth sports for over 15 years helping my family in various sports such as soccer, football, baseball, and basketball. We all play together at times and love being together when we can. We love them so much because we couldn't have children for 8 years and now have a wonderful family after much prayer and blessings from Father in Heaven. I work at a business and have 36 apartments which help alot in this kind of economy. I love working with people and helping when I can.

Why I am a Mormon

I love the Lord Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father and have had their help in my life. I know the Church is true and that the Book of Mormon is true as was the Prophet Joseph Smith, God's instrument in restoring The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The church helps me with all life's challenges and is a great, wonderful thing in my life and for my family. That is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I serve in callings and participate in the Sharon 2nd Ward, in Orem, UT. I attend Sacrament meeting, Sunday School, and Priesthood meetings each Sunday. I serve as a home teacher and Ward Mission Leader. I also serve as Advancement Chairman for the Boy Scouts in my ward. I live my faith on all days of the week and try to lift and serve others wherever I am. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is a way of life for me and my family. I love the Lord.

What does Mormonism teach regarding baptism?

Kim Killpack a coach.
A person should be of the age or accountability, at least 8 years of age, and aware of their choices to be accountable for them. The gateway to the Lord's church is by baptism by immersion and is a wonderful start on the path to what leads to life with God again. It is required to enter the Church and is also accompanied by the bestowal of the Gift of the Holy Ghost by those who are in authority to administer in the ordinances of salvation. What is the Book of Mormon?

Kim Killpack a coach.
The Book of Mormon is a witness of Jesus Christ like the Holy Bible. The Book of Mormon tells of His vist and dealings with the people in Ancient America. The people are from Jerusalem who left from there in 600 b.c. Their descendants are the Native Americans and South American peoples today. The Book of Mormon has recorded messages from the ancient prophets in the land of ancient America and of the teachings of Jesus Christ. He established His church here among them and organized his Church here as well. Read Moroni 10:4 to find out about a promise recorded in this great book. Show more Show less
