Hi I'm Beth

I am a wife, a mother, a grandmother, a cancer survivor, and a Mormon

About Me

I am the wife of a Chiropractor, a mom and step mom to 5 kids, a grandma to 7 kids, and an empty-nester. I have been a businesswoman for 35 years and a member of the LDS church for 16 years.

Why I am a Mormon

I became interested in the Mormon faith because of the joyful example of my husband and step children. When I first met them they seemed to possess a level of peace and happiness that my life was seriously lacking. As I got to know them better I learned about their faith and what an integral part it played in their lives. I soon knew that it would be the answer to my own search for happiness and understanding of why I was put here on earth at this time. As our two families became one, my testimony was created and continues to grow every day as challenges are met and worked through.

How I live my faith

Since joining the Mormon church, I have been able to work with children and youth in our neighborhood, giving them insight and guidance. I love helping out our community with service and compassionate care. I pray every day that I will be guided to those in need. I exercize my faith every day in my personal relationships with my family and friends.

How can faith in Jesus Christ influence us in our marriages and family relationships? in our friendships?

Beth
My faith keeps everything in a bigger, better perspective. I think in terms of eternal happiness rather than quick gratification. Little day to day problems and even major difficulties are so much more manageable when they are confronted with prayer rather than despair. Show more Show less
