Hi I'm Bryce

I'm an Army brat , I'm a writer and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I'm twenty years old and I love music. Music is the way that I hear our savior, Jesus Christ. With this talent of singing I am determained to spread it to the world. We all have talents that will help his work go forth, we should all use them for the common good, and unite in the cause of making the world a better place. I grew up in Magna, in the suberbs of Salt Lake City, Utah and have four sisters. Two older and two younger. Woman are a gift from God and are great examples of his love. I am an army brat, that was well disaplined by two great parents I am a former full time missionary who served in Minnesota. I love to answer questions about the religion i live. I plan on going into the education field for my career and teach History. We can tell a lot from the history of the world and know what to do in these times of trouble through the men and woman who previously ran the country.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, but as a teenager finds where he or she fits into the world, I had to find the religion I fit into. So the first stop I made was the MormonsI have recieved a personal witness that jesus is the Christ. I obtained this from the Book of Mormon at age 14. It has blessed my life ever since. Even though I was born into the church, I had to recieve the witnes by myself, and I know that this message can bless you.

How I live my faith

There are many ways to live your faith. I choose to be an example that will give people the idea that there is hope in this world. The way I do that is live the way I was taught. Obey the ten commandments and all the other commandments God has given us through revelation. We can talk of our faith all we want, but living it is another story.

What do Mormons believe happens after we die?

As Mormons, we believe that it is not the end after someone has passed on. There is a place called the Spirit world where we wait to enter the presance of God. Some refere it as the "Waiting room". There we will meet our loved ones who have gone before us and be reunited with the love that we have for each other. There is no stress in the spirit worl we rest from all pain and sorrow. Who wrote the Book of Mormon?

Many people believe that Joseph Smith wrote the Book of Mormon. This is not true. The Book of Mormon, like the Bible, was written by prophets. These prophets were in America and followed the same techings Christ was giving to the Jews. There history was then gathered in about 400 A.D. and a man named Mormon Compiled it and that is how we have the Book of Mormon. I learned this when I was in a rough stage of my life. I wasn't doing all the things I was taught, but I soon discovered this truth and the love God has for each of his children. Show more Show less

Are all Mormons required to serve a mission?

The prophet has commanded every worthy and able young man to serve a mission. The women, however, do not have to. But it is a personal decision. We do not have to serve missions, but assisting the Lord in his work has changed my life. I've found my best friends and people that have influenced me greatly as I've been in Minnesota on a mission for God. It is a great expiriance everyone ought to have, but we all don't go down that path. This path will change your life forever. Show more Show less
