Hi I'm James

I live in Canada. I love the outdoors and playing hockey. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been a Mormon all my life. In 2006 I was called to serve a mission in Cincinnati Ohio. I am now happily married to my lovely wife and have just welcomed our first child into the world. I am so grateful that the gospel can bless our family and can bind us together forever. Heaven wouldn't be heaven without them.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a Mormon my whole life. I was taught by wonderful, loving parents and teachers the principles of the gospel. I am a Mormon because I know that through God's plan my family can be together for all time and eternity.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through teaching in my local ward or congregation. I often find as I teach of Christ I want to be more like Him and usually try to do this by serving others around me.

Why do Mormons perform baptisms for the dead?

We believe that this life is not the end and that families can be together forever through God's plan. Baptism for the dead is one way we can try to help our ancestors to be able to take part in this wonderful plan. Show more Show less
