Hi I'm Jessica I.

I'm a Mormon. I have grown up in the church and Love Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father more than words can ever measure.

About Me

I love to hang out with friends and family. I enjoy doing crafts. I love family history work and I love the gospel.

Why I am a Mormon

Ever since I can remember I have always had a testimony of Jesus Christ. When I was little even before I was baptized I felt the spirit and knew that the gospel is true. I have had a very hard life and Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father help me endure it. The things I have learned about Jesus Christ have saved my life many times. Jesus and Heavenly Father watch over me. After being in a car accident, and a sledding accident where I broke 2 vertebrates in my back, abuse in my childhood, depression and other difficulties, the Savior has never left me alone. He is always there even when you don't think he is. That is when he is there the most giving you the strength and endurance to move forward. He continues to strengthen my testimony by helping me to feel the Holy Ghost. Jesus Christ is the light that shines in the darkness. When you feel the spirit you feel as if a light has come down upon you from heaven. It makes you feel all warm and comforted inside and it can at times make you cry for joy. Prayer has saved my life and Jesus Christ has. He may not be able to take them away because of certain circumstances but he will give us the strength to endure them. I am grateful for my trials because they continue to make me stronger each day. Put on the armor of God and never let go. He is always there.

How I live my faith

I originally designed the first bulletin for Sacrament meeting in my Singles Ward. I did that for about 4 years. I am a visiting teacher and I really enjoy it. I like to give talks in front of people and speak. I like to sing and play musical instruments. I was released from doing the bulletin a while back and now I am on the Activities planning committee for my branch. Sunday is my favorite day of the week and I look forward to it more than any day.
