Hi I'm Jack Palmer

I'm a Mormon. I have served among the Russian people for twenty years. My wife and love serving the Lord.

About Me

1I was born southeastern Utah and lived there until I was 18. Graduated from college with a Bachelor of Science degree in Auto-Diesel Technology. I have worked with Caterpillar, General Motors/Terex Division, owned my own excavating business. My wife, Elaine and I are the parents of six daughters, two sons, and have 32 grandchildren. I have been a member of the church since I was eight years old. I have served in the church in different resposnsibilities all of my life. I served a mission in Texas for two years. Elaine and I served a two year mission in Western Siberia. We are now serving another mission in Moscow, Russia. The church has been a blessing to our family.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been taught the principles of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ all of my life. I was baptized when I was eight years old. I have studied the scriptures all my life. I attended four years of high school seminary, and two years of college institute to learn all I could. I have had my prayers answered concerning the truthfullness of the restored doctrines of Jesus Christ. As promised in the scriptures and after sincere prayer the Holy Ghost has borne witness to me that the Church of Jesus Christ is on the earth and it is here for all of us to blessed by and to enjoy,

How I live my faith

I live the principles of the gospel and exercise my faith by striving to incorporate in my life all that I have learned concerning the reason the Savior came to the earth and the sacrifice he has made for all of us. I earnestly try to honor him for the gift of the resurrection, and for living a perfect exemplary life of righteuosness. I have learned that when "we are in the service of our fellowmen we are only in the service of our God." I have served twenty-five years in the Boy Scouts of America program. I have served in leadership positions of the local congregrations as a teenager, as a college student, and as an adult for I know that the Savior lives, the our Father in Heaven lives, and that the doctrines and principles they have given us in their great Plan of Happiness are testified of to us by the power of the Holy Ghost.
