Hi I'm Jenn.

I'm a former college softball player. I'm a Nurse Practitioner. I'm a stay-at-home Mother of six. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I LOVE snow skiing, mountain biking, water skiing, camping, hiking, and of course, playing softball. Mostly, I love doing these activities with our family of four boys and two girls ages 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, and 13.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I want to follow the Savior. I know that His teachings help me in every aspect of my life - especially parenting. I find peace and answers to life's perplexing questions through His teachings and the doctrines of the Mormon Church.

How I live my faith

I teach and plan activities for the young women ages 12-18. I teach lessons on Sundays, participate in weekly activities, and I LOVE it! For the past year, we have been preparing and challenging the young women to hike the highest peak in Utah: Kings Peak. We did many hikes and activities over the last year to prepare them. It was a great accomplishment for these awesome girls to hike with 30-40 pound packs on their back as they hiked 29 miles round trip to 13,528 feet together. I loved it!

What is being a Mormon like?

Jenn.
It is wonderful. It is comforting. It is busy! It provides opportunities to serve people from various religious and cultural backgrounds in our community. Show more Show less

What will the Mormon missionaries talk about when they visit my home?

Jenn.
I served a mission in South Carolina while I was in college. The missionaries will find out some of your beliefs and introduce you to some of the basic beliefs of the Mormon Church. They will help you feel the Savior's perfect love for you and answer questions you may have. It will be great! Show more Show less
