Hi I'm Bill Neve

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a sales associate for Groceries in convenience stores and like to be around people. I am a father of 8 children that I love very much. I attended some college and I love to learn. I really enjoy doing sports especially when I was young. I love art and love to create. I like to paint and draw and I enjoy traveling to visit family and friends. I love the freedom of the United States of America. I enjoy finding out about the interests of others, I am excited to see the many innovations in computers and other media that are bursting forth on the earth to gather us and unify the peoples of all the earth. I am a Family man.I have 7 boys and a girl. My children are so far ahead of me in these innovations and I can tell these things are going to be very much a part of the way God deals with His children. These technologies will be a means of bringing all men to a knowledge of the truth about God and His purposes. In this way God is preparing the world for the second coming of Jesus. Jesus in creating this world we live on is truly the hope of mankind. . I am constantly amazed at the talents God has given of so many of his sons and daughters. I look forward to seeing what God has in store for all of us in the next great adventure of life after death!

Why I am a Mormon

I love truth. I love and believe God is my Father. I believe He has passed on to me and every human being, traits, talents, abilities and attributes that distinguish us from all other creatures that are upon the earth we live on. I really enjoy doing and seeing others sincerely using their abilities in art, music, literature, building, taking care of others, and being genuinely interested in by serving and getting along with others. The gospel of Jesus Christ is the plan of why we are here, where we came from and where we are going. It has provisions to allow everyone to have whatever degree of good that they will live to become and follow to obtain. We will have a life after this one and God has revealed the reason for our being here and invited us to progress through His plan. I know He calls leaders and prophets to help us and He has done this since the world started. The past leaders and prophets recorded their dealings with God. Now with us today there are living prophets who also help remind us of the true principles to live by. I have felt the Spirit of God in my heart many times. I know the Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the truth. It is God's plan for happiness for those who will follow. The greatest significant teachings I have found in life have been those principles taught by Jesus Christ. He it is that teaches us through prophets. He is the hope of all men on earth. He taught the people of the earth through prophets anciently and continues today. We are his joy. He loves us. He willingly gives His all for us His life, His teachings, His healing and pure love. His plan of life here on earth is THE plan of life. He has returned since His death at different times to reassure us of His Father's plan of life for us. The Bible, Book of Mormon, and other recorded revelation continues today to us through His prophets to help us live in ways that will bring lasting peace and happiness to us and our families.

How I live my faith

I strive to live my life by the standards and principles taught by Jesus Christ. I falter and make mistakes but God is faithful to forgive and provide a Gift of the Spirit to help me improve and refresh me to overcome my weaknesses and change for the better or repent. I know this scenario is how we improve and progress to become like our Father in Heaven and His son Jesus Christ. This pattern of living here is meant for us to learn and God is patient to help us. I strive to be honest at work and in trying never to promise anything I cannot do for customers or others in everyday living. I participate in projects to help others move, in community projects for service and contribute in many ways to help feed and cloth others less fortunate. God has blessed me and I feel it also is to benevolent to share , for that is what God does for us- I believe he is willing to give to us, all things we are willing to receive in humility, patience and faith. Those who will receive he will give more. It is on His terms and that requires me to live for it, die for it, strive for it, be patient and listen for His guide to receive it. I love the Savior , He is the center of all that is good. Jesus Christ is my hope, faith and love of life. He provides for all. AND there there is plenty of good for all. That is the miracle, there is enough and to spare. God has endless resources to provide worlds of good for all who will receive it! I hope in Christ and rejoice in Him. He friendship, patience ,forgiveness, kindness and benevolence is endless. He can provide all that we need and more, He is the source of all that is good and right. He can show a way where we cannot see one. He creates all we need. The book of Mormon is just one of his miracles to support the bible, all of which testify of His marvelous love for each of us.

Is it true that Jesus appeared in North America after his crucifixion and resurrection according to the Book of Mormon?

Bill Neve
Yes, Jesus Christ did visit ancient America. The people looked forward to his appearance to them as prophesied by the prophets that lived among them. Many indications are also seen in the murals and traditions passed down in time from the ancient Americans that a great white God came and visited their forefathers. The Book of Mormon contains a record of this very important visit of Christ. If read with an open heart you will find it another witness to his divinity as the Son of God. He taught the same true principles of living and healed and went among them doing good. They too felt the prints of the nails in his hands and feet. Show more Show less
