Hi I'm Cindy

I grew up on a farm in a small town in Utah. I have a degree in Elementary Ed. I teach preschool. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been married for 27 years. I have 5 chidren, and 1 grandchild. I was fortunate enough to be a stay at home while raising my chldren. I loved supporting my chlldren in their activities. I have a B.S. degree in education. I teach preschool part-time. I have studied herbology, and have earned certificates in natural health. I enjoy eating healthy and promoting a healthy lifestyle. My favorite exercise is hot yoga, which I do 4-5 times a week. I also try to walk or run everyday. I like to read and spend time with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a mormon family in Utah. I was taught the gospel by my parents by their words, but more by their example. I don't remember a time when I didn't have a testimony of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It has been the one true anchor of my life. It is a constant that does not change. My life has a richness that I can't imagine life without it. I know who I am, I know where I'm going, and I know my purpose.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith, by lifting and building others in small ways, like letting someone in ahead of me in traffic, or opening a door. Just looking for the small ways to help someone if just for a small moment. I try to remember all that the Savior has done for me and show my gratitude to Him by how I treat others. I have the opportunity to serve the 12-13 year old girls in my ward (congregation). I help them plan activities that will help them strengthen their testimonies, and build friendships. This is a great opportunity for me not only to help them, but for my own testimony to be strenthened.
