Hi I'm Jared Taylor

Happily, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a happily married father of three girls. My hobbies include spending time with my family, reading, and serving within my community. I've enjoyed undergraduate and graduate studies in business at Arizona State University and love to read world and American History.

Why I am a Mormon

There are many reasons I'm a member of this Church. Being associated with wonderful people and having answers to life's important questions are two of the biggest. Perhaps the most important is what I've learned about Jesus Christ and his mission. He lives and loves each of us. Just as in past times, he speaks to us through prophets. We are not alone.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by strengthening my family and others through service. Most recently, I worked with some very talented people across different faiths to produce a version of Les Miserables for our community. Sharing the message of love, forgiveness, and mercy as envisioned by Victor Hugo, was very meaningful and loads of fun.

Does The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints endorse political parties?

Jared Taylor
This is a great question and the answer is simply, "No." In every local unit, there are people of all political beliefs at all levels of society. The local unit develops love and appreciation between all of Gods children. Further, it organizes service opportunities where people of different political opinions work together to accomplish great things. Some of my closest friends at church are not members of the same political parties. Show more Show less
