Hi I'm Caleb

I'm a family man with a wonderful wife and two crazy boys (just like me). I love music, gardening, and the outdoors. I'm a Mormon!

About Me

My wife and I raise a monkey . . . just like my mother said I would! Our little boy keeps us busy, but brings a lot of joy into my life. Two years ago I moved my family across the country and took a job working at the world's largest retailer. Speaking of moving around, I love to travel! I've traveled 25 of the 50 states and 11 other countires. I love learning about other people and cultures.

Why I am a Mormon

"By their fruits . . ." My life is full of the happy fruits of living the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. Throughout my life I've had my beliefs tested in various ways, but the truth has always come through for me, providing safety, joy, and comfort to me and my family. I can stand confident before God knowing that I am following the path he would have me follow.

How I live my faith

I love teaching the restored gospel of Jesus Christ to those around me. Throughout my life I've taught children and adults about life and God's plan for them from the scriptures I've grown to love and enjoy. Currently, I'm involved in helping people in my community to come unto Christ through the blessed message of the restoration as I visit and fellowship those who seek to learn more about our church. I love what I do!

What do Mormons believe about the Bible? Do they regard it as Holy Scripture and the word of God?

Caleb
I love the Bible, and regard it as the word of God. Every time I read the pages of the New Testament I feel the Holy Spirit testify of the power and reality of my Savior's life and Atonement. The Old Testament is a powerhouse of symbolism: types and shadows of the Savior Jesus Christ's mission on earth and in heaven. I'll admit it's a little difficult to understand at times - but that's why I love reading it! Striving through hard things bring us closer to God... if we include Him in the process!
