Hi I'm Bonnie

Married, mother of three. Currently a stay-at-home mom. Have been a member of the Church my whole life.

About Me

Married, mother of three. College graduate. Currently a stay-at-home mom. Recently relocated. I have worked with youth of all ages ever since I was a youth. My hobbies are reading, letter writing, swapping postcards, paper crafts.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints my entire life. My mother joined when she was in her early 20's. My father never joined the church. My brother and I attended church every Sunday with my mother. I have always had a testimony of the gospel. The plan of salvation, the Book of Mornon, and the Gift of the Holy Ghost have made such a difference in my life. So much so that I even served a full-time mission.

How I live my faith

I attend church regularly. Go to the temple as often as possible. Serve wherever needed. Pray with my family. Share my testimony. Teach the gospel as often as I can. Read scriptures daily. Try to be a good neighbor and member of the community.

What is a “testimony” that Mormons speak of?

A testimony is the conviction that a particular gospel principal or doctrine is true. It is a staying power in tough times. It is the motivation to keep going. It gives us the power to do what we know is right. It is the difference between someone who just believes and someone who lives what they believe. Show more Show less

Do Mormons worship Joseph Smith?

We do not worship Joseph Smith. He is the prophet Heavenly Father chose to help restore the gospel of Jesus Christ in the latter days. I enjoy studying his teachings. His words have inspired and encourage me. I know that he is a prophet of God. I honor and respect him. Show more Show less
