Hi I'm Michael L. Love

biochemist, musician, protein crystallographer, system administrator, X-ray lab manager, Yes, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Here is more: GNU-Darwin.org operator, life-long bicycle commuter From the website: Geek Technology, Structural Biology, Music, Medieval and Neoplatonic Literature, I am Noah, REPENT! website: http://proclus.tripod.com/home.html Interests: Always expanding. Of late in addition to the above, I like kitchen chemistry and wizardry, listening to music, but also making music, wireless tech. I am a life-long consumer of vitamin supplements. I take resveratrol, and I try to practice calorie restriction too. I fast and pray. When the war is over, I will be very happy.

Why I am a Mormon

I have a testimony of this Church. I know it is true. God loves his children, and He would not leave them without guidance and support. I know that the Church is led by a prophet, who knows God's will, and that He directs the work for the benefit of his children - us.

How I live my faith

I try to be a good and helpful person. One of the things that I love about the Church is that it is exuberantly good, which is a great example to us. I try to be strident and anxiously engaged. It is often difficult to fulfill this ideal as well as I would like, but it is worth the effort.

What do Mormons believe about the nature of God?

Michael L. Love
God is a glorified and perfected human being, with all that entails. If you see him, you are looking at a man. He wants us, his children, to become glorified as he is - perfect. This is the meaning of the word God. Show more Show less
