Hi I'm Del

My name is Del. I am a technology enthusiast, a traveling entrepreneur, real estate investor and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm from Indiana. Just as all Hoosiers do, I love basketball. I think it's in our blood here. I'm also a lover of all things Apple. I've traveled a lot throughout the United States. So far I have been to 47 States. I am also an entrepreneur.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in Indiana. I did not grow up as a Mormon. In fact, it was a childhood that had some struggles. Not to go into much details, but my Father went into prison when I was 9 years old and was in prison for 11 years. When I was 17 years old, it came time for me to start making choices on who I was and what I wanted to be. I didn't like where I was headed and I didn't like that path I was on. I'm lucky I had some friends that were members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. They invited me to church. I reluctantly went. However, when I got to church and listened to what was being shared, I knew something was different. They invited me to meet with the missionaries. I reluctantly accepted the invitation. Guess what? What they shared was exactly what I was searching for! I was baptized a very short time later. Then two years later I became a missionary. I served as a missionary in Los Angeles, California. It was a wonderful experience. I was so happy to share something that brought much happiness into my life. Today, I am a Father, a husband, and have a great career. I contribute my good fortune to my decision to join The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and follow the example of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

There is a hymn that says, "Because I have been given much, I too must give." That's how I live my faith. I have been blessed by having the Gospel in my life. It's made me who I am. It's given me peace, and hope. I know others can benefit from it. That's why I share the Gospel. That's why I serve others. I know what I have is precious and needs to be shared.
