Hi I'm Brandon

I'm from rural Nevada, I'm bilingual, I love to snowboard. My major is in International Relations, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a small farming community. I started riding fourwheelers at the age of 8 and never stopped since then. I love to ride in the mountains and see all the beautiful scenery around me. I also enjoy snowboarding and rapelling. I am going to school and plan to major in International Relations with a minor graphic design. I am a self-taught pianist and I really like music.

Why I am a Mormon

I love to be outdoors. Consequently I have spent a good part of my life exploring what's around me and as I have done so I cannot believe that the Earth just "came to be." God must have been involved in the creation of something so magnificent. I was raised in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints since I was just a little kid. However, my dad is a convert to the church and as such he always gave me the option of being a part of the Church. I have continued to follow this church even after growing up and moving out my parents house. There was a time when I did not follow the church. It took me a long time to realize what the gospel really meant to me. It gives me a sense of peace that nothing else in this world can, including being outdoors. By praying to God and reading the scriptures I have begun to grow closer to Him. I know that God loves each and everyone of us on this earth and wants us to return to Him.

How I live my faith

I ive my faith by serving others. God loves each and every one of us and wants what is best for us. As I have grown up I was taught to work hard and to love others. I have found that the best way for me to express this love is to serve others. I feel the love of God and hope that through my actions that others may come to love God and feel His love for them in return.
