Hi I'm Ashton C. S.

I am a Latter-Day Saint Mormon. I work for FedEx Ground.

About Me

I am Currently attending Brigham Young University - Idaho, I enjoy swimming, Geocaching, Biking, Hiking, Climbing, Gardening, Cooking etc. I am majoring in business management with a minor in culinary arts. I really enjoy watching the expressions on people's faces as they eat something I have made them. I come from a family of six kids, I being the 4th, I love my family so much and I am really very happy that I have started my own by marrying in the Temple to Meagan. In the past, a friend of mine and I organized a trip every single week to Los Angeles to visit the LA Temple and help rescue some of those who are trapped having not had the opportunity do have their saving ordinances done in their own life. From October 2012 until April 2013 I worked at the Rexburg Temple every Friday night as an ordinance worker. Now I work at the Temple with my wife every other Saturday.

Why I am a Mormon

When I was in High school, I was a happy kid... I was involved in Sports Swimming and wrestling, and I loved them... Around my junior or senior year I became a bit depressed, and nothing could fix it... I tried to fix it, and it just didn't work... I was one day home alone and I had nothing to do, I happened to notice a copy of the book of mormon in my room and began to read it, as i did so, I remembered also to have been taught my whole life that if we want to know if it is true we need to ask... It was time for me to stop living of my parent testimony... I knelt down and began to pray, and no sooner than i had asked the question, the depression of which i have spoken left me, and i have been happy since... There is nothing that can take away the knowledge which God had given me.

How I live my faith

In 2010 I returned home from serving a two year mission in Boise Idaho where I just wanted to help people come unto Christ. Since then, I have moved to Rexburg Idaho, to attend Brigham Young University - Idaho. Here I have served in several positions within the church, such as an Elders Quorum President, A Family History Teacher, and now I and my wife are teaching the 3 turning 4 class in Primary. In April 2013 I married the love of my life for all time and eternity in the Los Angeles Temple, and I am so grateful to know that we get to be together forever!
