Hi I'm Alicia

I'm a student. I grew up in China. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

When I was two, my family moved to Hong Kong for my dad's employment. From there we moved to Beijing, where I graduated from high school. I'm currently at university and am double majoring in Special Education and Biology. I love learning about and exploring the world, especially with friends and family. I enjoy playing the piano and my viola in orchestras.

Why I am a Mormon

I love this gospel. It is everything to me. The teachings of this gospel have brought me closer to my Savior, Jesus Christ. It has given me a peace of conscience and has given me a special kind of happiness that I have not found elsewhere. I am a Mormon because I have faith in Jesus Christ and have had a witness that this is His church and His gospel.

How I live my faith

I attend church each Sunday and support my local and general church leaders by following their counsel and direction, knowing they have my best interest at heart. I try to incorporate the teachings of my faith during every time of the week and in all my various activities. I pray and read my scriptures daily, sometimes multiple times a day. This gives me an added measure of the Spirit and support from the Lord as I face the challenges of each day.
