Hi I'm Brian

Husband, father, American, anesthetist, and I'm thankful to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

About Me

I grew up in Arizona in a family of seven children. I was an LDS missionary in Kentucky for two years. I am a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and I enjoy running, cycling, and playing/listening to good music, among many other hobbies. I really love spending time with those I love most and enjoy serving others anyway I can.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been going to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for all of my life, but I officially became a member when I was baptized at age 8. I attend church and participate in all it has to offer today because in doing so I learn how to be a better husband, father and citizen. The church also gives me numerous opportunities to serve others, which helps me forget and overcome my own difficulties. The teachings of Jesus Christ that I strive to learn and live in my life, give me lasting peace and happiness. They give me hope that I will continue to be with my family and learn and grow after this life and in the eternities.

How I live my faith

I have had many opportunities to serve in the several different wards (congregations) I have attended throughout my life. I have been a young men leader. I have taught children in sunday school, and been a leader and teacher of a group of men called a "quorum." Currently, I teach about the doctrines of the church in a class of adults. One great opportunity I have as a latter-day saint, is to visit families in the ward to see how they are doing and to invite them to come to church. I have made so many close friends this way, and my family receives regular visits from church members to be sure our needs are being met as well.
