Hi I'm Brian

I grew up in Phoenix, AZ. I love to laugh and have fun and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a father of two awesome kids, who are always making me laugh and are always ready for an adventure. I have the most beautiful wife, she is the love of my life. We enjoy trying new restaurants with family and friends. I enjoy the outdoors, vacations, learning about other cultures, politics, movies and talking with people. I have been assisting construction contractors setup there businesses since 1996, and have really enjoyed creating friendships that will last a lifetime.

Why I am a Mormon

Although I was born into a Mormon family, I still had to find out for myself if these teachings were true. While preparing to go on my mission, I struggled to find confirmation of the truthfulness, not because the truth wasn't there, I just wasn't ready. Through the atonement of Jesus Christ I received confirmation of the truthfulness of our heavenly fathers plan, that we existed as spirits before we came here on earth, that we are here for a temporary moment compared to our whole existence. Our heavenly father loves us so much that he sent is son to earth to ensure that we will be able to return to his presence. God has given us the scriptures to help us in our path to return to his presence. He has also given his word through the mouths of the prophets from the beginning of time to today. I know that these teachings will lead us back to His presence and will bring us happiness.

How I live my faith

I'm currently serving with young men in our area. I know the best way to teach the young men about the savior is to allow them to provide selfless service. We recently provided seven care boxes, which included snacks, hand drawn pictures by the younger children in our area and homemade Rice Krispy treats made by the young women in our area. These boxes were delivered to the troops currently serving in the military in Afghanistan. As a youth group we have painted homes in Maryvale, cleaned yards, visited the elderly, befriended the mentally handicapped and landscaped a local school yard. When the opportunity arises my family has also provided similar services. We enjoy attending church and meeting new people and creating lifelong friendships.
