Hi I'm Dan

I have caught a glimpse of who I can become, because I better understand who I am. Good news! Jesus knows me. And you.

About Me

This is my life's pursuit: to love, to learn, to serve Raising a family is an awesome responsibility and experience. Raising a family is sometimes a frightening experience. If I am able to lead, teach, and inspire my children, I hope they will learn to love unconditionally, to constantly pursue learning, and to strive to be selfless in serving others. I believe our children have spirits that were created by God. We came to earth to learn, to apply faith, and to prove to ourselves that we can overcome the things of the world and strive to choose the right... to do the right things. As we do our very best, we will make mistakes. Jesus Christ atoned for each of us therefore "bridging" our path to life eternal. This is what drives me. This is who I am and who I know I can become. At the end of the day, there is no feeling on this earth that is greater than my wife, or one of those seven children, to wrap their arms around me and say, "I love you."

Why I am a Mormon

I know that I am a Child of God. The Holy Spirit has witnessed to me that this is true. I love Jesus Christ and I know that He love's me. The Holy Spirit has witnessed this to me. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints teaches God's word. I know that by living this faith, I can become a better person and a better husband and father.

How I live my faith

I serve as Scout Master for the Boy Scouts of America. The Mormon Church embraces the goodness of scouting and it becomes the laboratory of teaching young men correct principles and love for God and Country. I am a Home Teacher to a few families in our area. Each family in every congregation or Ward has a Home Teacher assigned to watch-over one another.
