Hi I'm Mathieu

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm married and have two amazing daughters. I'm an assistant scoutmaster and an independant insurance agent. I enjoy spending time outdoors and with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because after studying the bible and the book of mormon and praying to know which church is right, I have received answer to prayer and know that God continues to call prophets to lead his church on the earth today.

How I live my faith

Part of being a Mormon is serving in the church. We have no paid clergy or positions in the church. I'm currently serving as a teacher over the 14- and 15-year-old boys. This is a very important time in a young man's life. I enjoy teaching Christ-oriented lessons each week and watching these boys transform in to men of God.

Does The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints endorse political parties?

The church leaders repeatedly counsel the members to be politically active in their communities, states, and nationally. The church does not endorse any political party but instead encourages each member to study the issues and make their own decision. Church members and leaders come from varying backgrounds and have different political beliefs. Show more Show less
