Hi I'm Drew Wright

I'm from Idaho, I served a LDS mission in Mongolia, I'm a husband and father, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a husband to my beautiful wife Ashley and we are the proud parents of our little girl, Abbi. I am currently studying at Brigham Young University-Idaho studying Marriage and Family Studies. I am so lucky to be able to study marriages and families so that I can advocate for the family. With this degree, I could go on to a Master's program and become a Marriage and Family Therapist. I would love to do this, but my first goal and top goal for a career is to become a religious teacher of youth for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I served an LDS mission from 2007-2009 in Mongolia. I have a strong love for the Mongolian people and have seen the Gospel of Jesus Christ bless their lives. I hope to return to Mongolia and continue to serve those great people.

Why I am a Mormon

Although I was born into a Mormon family, I have come to know for myself of the joy, peace, and happiness that comes from the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Heavenly Father loves all or us on earth, his children, so he sent his Son, Jesus Christ to this earth. The church that Jesus Christ established when he lived on earth has once again been restored on earth. I have learned about His church and Gospel through the Bible and The Book of Mormon, Another Testament of Jesus Christ. Being a Mormon brings so much peace and joy into my and my family's life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by sharing my knowledge about families with others. I believe that the traditional family was established by God in the Bible. I believe that the family is ordained of God, our Heavenly Father. Having a family has brought the greatest joy I have ever felt in my life, and I want others to know that they can feel this way too.
