Hi I'm Janell

I live in beautiful Washington. I'm the mother of 4 and I love gardening and bargain shopping. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm married and a mother of 4. I'm a stay-at-home mom who loves her children and loves to garden, sew, read, bargain shop, and play the piano. I graduated with a degree in nursing, but haven't worked as a nurse for over 9 years, since my third child was born. I've been working with Cub Scouts for 6 years and love it.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in a Mormon home. I have always loved being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. My parents have always been strong in their religion and have taught me well and set a wonderful example for me of how to worship God and love and serve others. My life has been richly blessed as I have studied the scriptures and applied the teachings of the Savior in my life. I have felt greater peace and love as I have served others and learned with them.

How I live my faith

In my community I volunteer weekly in my children's schools. I love the opportunity to get to know their teachers and the other children with whom they associate. In church I am a leader for the children from 18 months to 12 years of age. I also serve in the Cub Scouts. I love the opportunity to work with young children, to teach them and to learn from them. I also have the great opportunity to go with another woman to visit 3 women each month. We share a gospel message and get to know them so we can better serve them and their families. I have formed some great friendships over the years from my many opportunities to serve.
