Hi I'm Andrew

I am a Utah native, a college student, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Utah in a good family, and served a full time mission as a Spanish-speaking missionary in Florida. I am currently attending a university, hoping to major in accounting and minor in Spanish.

Why I am a Mormon

My immediate family, specifically my parents, have been members all their lives. I was raised with a knowledge of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ, but it was something I truly had to come to know for myself. With the help of incredible youth programs and a lot of personal prayer and deep scripture study, I came to know for myself through the Spirit that the church is true, and that is why I'm Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving in my ward. I have many musical talents that I use to share my testimony and help with hymns. I also take part in the Especially For Youth program during the summer as a counselor, sharing what I know to the youth who participate. I live my faith specifically by keeping God's commandments to the best of my abilities and always striving to do better.

What do Mormons believe about the nature of God?

I believe, as does the church, that God is quite literally our Heavenly Father. This means we are all His children and He loves us like a perfect father can. We believe that His "work and His glory are to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man" Moses 1:39. He does everything He possibly can for us, and cares very deeply about us on an individual level. Show more Show less
