Hi I'm Nick

I live in Texas, I am an IT professional. I love being a father & sharing my beliefs with others.

About Me

I am a father of 9 wonderful children. 5 girls and 4 boys. My wife and I have been married 20 years. I had the privilege to serve a mission in Italy and in Malta. I don't have time for hobbies. My children, church, and work pretty much are the center of my life. I enjoy studying the gospel and learning about who I am and how I can improve. I own a technology business. In my work I have had the opportunity to go to many businesses, churches, government entities all over the United States. It has provided me with the opportunity to share my testimony and my joy as a father with my brothers and sisters. I love seeing others come unto Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

I would not be here today if it hadn't been for the great example of my mom. She gave me the start of my testimony. I grew up in a home where mom was my example. This was a great help, but my testimony has developed over time. I have felt the promptings of the Holy Ghost confirming what I studied. I know for myself that it is true, independent of anyone else. The gospel has brought my life great joy. It has blessed our family. We still have our problems. We are not perfect by any means, but we have felt the joy of the Savior Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I live my faith one day at a time. I plead with the Lord that I may be worthy to have His Spirit with me. I thank the Lord for the Atonement. It works! I currently serve as a bishop in the Church. I have come to feel of the great, unconditional love that Heavenly Father has for his children even when they may not feel it. I have.

What is the Relief Society?

The Relief Society is the largest organization for women in the world. They provide service throughout the community. The sisters or women in our congregation give selflessly. As a bishop, I am awed by the sisters and their Christ-like compassion and relief that they render to both members and non-members alike. Phone calls, child care, warm meals, letters, baby quilts, house cleaning, and assisting the poor & needy are just a few things our sisters do in the Relief Society. The list could go on. Why do Mormon missionaries proselyte?

The gospel of Jesus Christ brings us great joy. We want to follow the Saviors admonition to take the gospel into all the world. There is nothing greater than to see a son or daughter of God transform their life through the power of the Christ's Atonement. It is the ONLY way for true change in our lives. I have seen the difference it has made in families. It has blessed our family, that is why I try to share it with others. Show more Show less
